Welcome to First Tracks Townhome at Solitude! This newly renovated home provides ample space for up to 15 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is just over 800 feet from the Apex Lift. The open floor plan on the main level makes it easy to enjoy time together, whether you are cooking a meal in the kitchen, or playing a board game in the living room. Need a break? Relax on one of two balconies while taking in picturesque mountain views, or enjoy access to Club Solitude's amenities (including hot tub, heated pool, exercise and game rooms).

This home features amazing views of the slopes, hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace, free and fast WIFI, and all the comforts of home. First Tracks also has exclusive ski-in/out access - we are 1 of only 3 ski-in/out townhomes at Solitude, about 830 feet across the Village Plaza to the Apex Lift! Is there anything better than being first in line and first back home?

LOFT - Level 4:
-Moose Loft Retreat- Large suite boasting a Queen bed, Twin Bunk Bed, a pull out double sofa bed, fireplace, and TV with DVD player. A round table is perfect for playing cards or games, or for taking care of work/school. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and full size shower/bath.

MAIN LEVEL - Level 3:
-Great Room- Two big comfy couches, one armchair, a large flat screen Smart TV, fireplace, and balcony.

-Kitchen- Fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and ample tools to help you make a meal for the whole family. New appliances and a dishwasher make cooking and clean-up a breeze.

-Dining Room- Beautiful dining table that seats up to 8 with seating for 4 more at the adjacent breakfast bar.

-Honeycomb Guest Retreat- King bed with new furniture, a fireplace, TV with DVD player, and balcony access shared with the Great Room. Ensuite full bathroom with a deep tub, double shower and double vanity.

DOWNSTAIRS - Level 2:
-Wildflower Guest Retreat- Queen bed, pull out double sofa bed, and ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom has TV with DVD player, fireplace, and shared balcony with bedroom next door

-Quaking Aspen Master Retreat- Queen bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and deep tub. Bedroom has TV with DVD player and shared balcony with guest bedroom.

GROUND LEVEL:
-Garage- WINTER: Private 2 car garage. Easy and convenient storage for your ski gear. Grab the wood from the garage to start a wood-burning fire in the living room. SUMMER: Owner stores a vehicle in the 2nd garage in the summer only. There will be 1 spot in the garage available, and 2 driveway spaces are also available during warmer months.

We loved our stay at First Tracks Townhome! You can't beat the location and the townhome was great! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The wood burning fireplace was so nice! Great communication with Cottonwood Lodging! We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and unit. Fully stocked unit had everything you would need for a great stay. One recommendation is the frying pans were not up to par with the quality of unit. We ate breakfast every day at unit and poor frying pans were not welcome. Over good experience

This is a spacious townhouse right at the base of Solitude. A quick 100 yard walk to Club Solitude for the kids and 250 yards to the Apex lift. Two car garage for gear and cars. Nice layout with a great loft for a bunch of kids to sleep. Well-equipped kitchen with lots of basics already provided. Look forward to returning!

The house was just perfect for our ski trip, location was fantastic, the view amazing! The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We used the fireplace overnight, and the use of the pool and club was a great bonus. I would absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend First Tracks!

Always great... the only feedback is that the thermostats could be set a little lower... they seem to warm the bedrooms (regardless of how many times you reset them) to 74 at night (which is pretty warm)

This condo was more than we expected. One of the most well kept rentals we have been in. Very well stocked. The proximity to the lifts and the rental shop was amazing. We absolutely loved it and plan on booking next year. There are three floors so expect some stairs. Great double garage to use and great areas in the garage to store our skiis and gear. Beautifully kept condo. Well-stocked kitchen pans/utensils/dishes, which we used for all our meals. The only thing we could not locate was a pitcher to make juice in. Comfortable beds. Everyone in our big family says this was our best trip ever. The townhouse was perfect for our gathering, allowing everyone to be comfortable whether in their own private space or gathering together in the open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living room area. Every room was so clean, comfortable and fresh. Conveniently located near the village and the lift, with a gorgeous view of the slopes. Great to be able to park our 2 large vehicles in the garage. The owner was very informative and helpful, providing clear info about the townhouse and really helpful tips about shopping, dining, childcare and transportation. Can't wait to go back! The house is at Solitude resort. Make sure the resort if open if you are wanting to access the restaurants and bar. Unfortunately they delayed their opening a week so nothing was open. We had a great time. The condo was large enough for the 12 of us (8 adults and 4 kids) to hang out at without being on top of one another. It is within walking distance from the lift. This townhome was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. We had plenty of room for 4 dads and 6 boys. It is only steps away from the Apex lift, restaurants, ski rental shop and ticket office. I would definitely book this property again. A couple of tips - the closest grocery store is a 25 min drive so I would suggest stocking up before heading up the canyon. There is no bbq grill at the unit. We made it no problem in 2 wheel drive cars but in snowy conditions 4x4 or chains may be required. (Originally posted on VRBO)
