This stylish home in Silver Fork has EVERYTHING!  Honeycomb View is a gorgeous custom build with all the comforts one expects in a luxury mountain home. Situated high on the sunny bench of Silver Fork just 1 mile from Solitude Resort and 3.4 miles from Brighton, you'll have the chance to be first in line at the lifts! Entertain in comfort with high ceilings, large windows, and a show-stopping 400 square foot cantilevered deck on top of the world! Grill and entertain on the spacious deck, cozy up and relax in front of one of the 4 stone fireplaces (3 gas 1 wood), or take a soak in the newly installed hot tub on the lower patio. Honeycomb View is the perfect location to get away from it all and enjoy the spoils of Big Cottonwood Canyon in comfort and style.

MAIN FLOOR:
-Living Room- This floor features huge windows, lovely views, and an open floor plan. A 50" TV provides the entertainment, while a comfy sectional couch and a beautiful custom-built stone wood-burning fireplace bring the comfort.

-Kitchen- Plenty of prep space, cooking tools, and dining ware to keep everyone full and happy!

-Dining Area- Enjoy your meals at the dining table (seats 8) in front of a gas fireplace! There are also 5 seats at the breakfast bar.

-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with shower lies just off the kitchen.


UPSTAIRS (Master Suite):
-Master Bedroom- You'll find a king-sized bed and 42" TV in this unique lofted master suite. The bedroom is partially open to the living room below (see pictures) but still maintains its privacy.

-Master Bathroom- A luxurious bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

-Laundry Room #1- A full-sized washer and dryer are contained in a room off the master bedroom entry. Detergent provided!


DOWNSTAIRS:
-Private Guest Studio- A large, open room with ensuite full bathroom as well as kitchenette! A king bed rests against one wall, while a queen-sized sleeper sofa is in the middle of the room in front of a TV. A gas fireplace is opposite the king bed. The kitchenette features all the typical kitchen amenities (even a dishwasher!).

-Lower Living Room- Featuring a wet bar, foosball table, TV and board games, this is the entertainment hub of the house! There is another Queen sleeper sofa in this room as well.

-Twin Beds Guest Room- 2 twin beds and electric fireplace off the living room area.

-Queen Guest Room- A queen bed and electric fireplace off the living room area.

-Common Bathroom- A full bathroom with combo shower/tub sits in between the 2 bedrooms.

-Laundry Room #2- Another full-sized washer and dryer live downstairs in a room off the wet bar area.

PATIO AND DECK ACCESS:
-Patio- The patio features a new hot tub just outside of the lower living room. Relax after a day of adventure!

-Deck- The accommodating upper deck holds a gas grill and outdoor table with seats for 6. Enjoy a grilled meal and one-of-a-kind views of the canyon!

Great house in a beautiful place!

We used the house as a summer meeting place for a family reunion after two years of pandemic. There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably and we all had a great time fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and just hanging out. Cottonwood Lodging was very proactive and the place was very clean.

Honeycomb View is a well equipped home to support a large family! We had a great time making use of all the living spaces and the kitchen was well equipped for several home-cooked meals! The garage spaces are a bit tight getting in and out, but practice makes perfect.
Cottonwood Lodging was very responsive when we required a few extra items to accommodate guests.

My family and I had a nice time at Honeycomb View. The rental was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. We were traveling with an infant and there were doors that could be closed to block all staircases, and sound did not travel from one part of the house to the other. The staff was very responsive and professional, with good communication. The only issue we had was that some of the appliances in the second kitchen were broken, and would sound alerts throughs the night.

Our family of 10 enjoyed every aspect of the location and views to be taken in. We stayed in late spring where snow was not an issue and foliage was green and smelled good with the flowers coming on. Our strolls down the lane in the evenings were met with courteous and friendly locals who gave us good recommendations for hiking trails near by. The individual rooms were easy to maintain comfortable temperatures and was quiet throughout. If allowed or available we have full intentions of returning to this location instead of the other Canyon options.

Outstanding home with a spectacular view. It's well equipped, and offers excellent privacy for 3 couples. The master loft is a little inconvenient, as you hear everything in the living space below. Bus since there are two additional living spaces downstairs, couples can remain in their space until everyone is awake. The only challenge is the steep sloping drive that is covered in ice (not snow, ice). It was quite treacherous, with mulitipe incidents of sliding backwards and sideways into the snow bank.

House was awesome and convenient to get to Brighton and solitude. Definitely need a good vehicle to get up the hill if there’s been any recent snow. Morgan was very communicative and friendly. Would certainly go back for a great place with awesome views.

Really Nice place. Perfect for Family Vacation.

Had plenty of space and a private area in ground level area that would work great if you have teenagers. Great TV, Strong Wi-Fi .
Kitchen well stocked. Lots of firewood. Only a five minute drive to Solitude .

Make sure you have four wheel drive and good tires !!!
