Limber Pine Lodge is a private, high-altitude home situated at the bottom of Brighton Ski Resort's slopes and only a mile from Solitude Ski Resort. Live the VIP life here, at elevation! The cabin was designed and furnished as a private get-away and exclusive vacation rental. A luxurious, mountain home with breathtaking views of Silver Lake in summer that can be seen from nearly every room in the house and easy ski access in winter to two of Utah's highest elevation resorts. The wilderness awaits you with hiking trails, fishing, mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing within view of the house. This vacation rental offers all the upscale comforts and privacy you need in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Living Room- comfortable seating in front of a huge gas fireplace, awesome views of Silver Lake, and a sun room.

-Kitchen- fully updated, well-supplied with cooking tools, and ready for you to prepare hearty meals. Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar!

-Dining Room- Large wood table seats 8, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.

UPSTAIRS:
-Master Suites (2)- Across the staircase from one another, each master suite is equipped with a king bed, lounge area, smart TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub!

DOWNSTAIRS:
-Queens Bedroom- Two queen beds in a spacious room with patio access and full ensuite bathroom.

-Full/Twin Bunkroom- Down the hall, this room has 2 bunks with full mattresses on bottom and twins on top. Also features an ensuite full bathroom and patio access.

-Den- Cozy up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie with the family on our large flatscreen! There is also a common bathroom off of this room with large double shower (perfect for rinsing off before and after using the hot tub!).

-Laundry Area- Full-sized, modern washer and dryer with detergent provided.

The lodge was absolutely beautiful and the Cottonwood Lodging was very responsive to our needs while we were there. Only three comments: the house could have been cleaned of dead bugs before our arrival. There were hundreds of dead bugs on the floors and window sills. We found a vacuum and took care of this. Also, there were no forks in the kitchen and no hot water. The lodging company responded immediately on both of these issues but could have been resolved prior to our arrival with a little quality control. Overall a great stay!!!!!

Perfect Ski in/Ski out home at Brighton!

The house was beautiful! It was located in the BEST spot for ski in/ski out! Loved having fireplaces in the upstairs bedrooms, living room and the downstairs TV room! Super spacious with plenty of room for everyone! The huge living room had plenty of seating for everyone and was the spot for nightly games and conversation. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. Additionally, the bathtubs in the masters was perfect for soaking our sore muscles. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home, professionally decorated, well stocked. Only two complaints, no window coverings on one of the three windows in bedroom #4, the other two were broken. I covered what I needed to on that window with paper ( it faced the road and hot tub) and was told that the owner was in the process of getting new ones. The internet was the other problem which was major. The owner said it’s because we had 11devices connected. The truth is WE had one connected ( a laptop, no tv’s etc). Cameras and Nest thermostats we determined were taking up the rest. I would still recommend the property but we were disappointed about the two issues and how they were handled.

Our whole family was very impressed with Limber Pine Lodge; its cleanliness and proximity to the slopes in particular. A wonderful ski vacation home. We did make one suggestion to Carole and Jess to pass along to the owners, but still feel given the level of service provided by Cottonwood Lodging that this review should be a 10+ with 5 stars.

House was great for a family vacation. Layout is ideal, all rooms very private. Beds are very comfortable and lots of extra pillows and linens provided. Kitchen is well-stocked. Sleeper sofa is extremely uncomfortable, even for children. Road is extremely icy and needs to be plowed.

Perfect skiing home

With group of 9 adults, skiing in Brighton Solitude and Alta. This home ticked almost all our boxes! Luxury, space, ski in/out (150 m walk to be honest), hot tub, bbq, fireplace (not wood unfort.) Most beds were double, so best suited for couples/families

Limber Pine Lodge is in a fantastic location, and its size, layout and amenities made it perfect for our family Christmas ski trip. Twelve of us were very comfortable; we cooked nearly all meals in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoyed the hot tubs and jacuzzi, and walked to Brighton ski slopes and snow-shoed at the Nordic Center across the road. The setting could have been a calendar photo, with fluffy snow, majestic pines, and trails and lifts nearby.

We would love to come back sometime and would definitely recommend it to other skiers or hikers. Both Kipp and Jess were very helpful.

We have been renting various properties for family vacations for over ten years and this is by far the best, most beautiful cabin and property we have ever rented. The view is spectacular and the cabin is huge with every amenity you could ever need. We stayed there over Thanksgiving and all agreed it was our favorite thanksgiving we’ve ever had and this parioertty was a big reason why. We had 9 people staying there total and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were men there every day, even shoveling the snow on the decks for us and when it snowed so much we got stuck, they were there for an hour helping us get out. It is a 5 minute walk to Silver Lake and even has a hot tub to use. If I could buy this property, I would. The beds were comfortable and there are several fireplaces to use as well. The property manager was cheerful and helpful and I was so impressed with everything about this property. I give it a 10/10 review and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I have stayed at several vacation rental homes at Brighton Ski Resort and this is by far the best! Beautiful log home with views of Silver Lake from almost every window in the cabin. Carole and her team took care of our every need and even helped us coordinate our trip. Will definitely stay here again!

A real life postcard

This cabin is situated on one of the most serene places in the entire area and has the very best view of Silver lake and the mountains. The cabin itself is something out of a movie. It is charming, rustic and has all the comforts of home. We were so happy when we drove up to see that it's better in person then even the pictures could describe. Nice open spaces to gather everyone all together. Many differnt gathering places within the home. Walking distance to the lake, the ski resort and the market. No detail left undone. It was immacualte in cleanliness. Thank you for shaing your home with our family. We will be back.
